I bought a laptob with processor core i5 9300H when
i run it the processor temperature is 44 that i see it good
But when i plugged into electric the processor temperature is 75 : 92 Celsius and the processors speed is approximately max 4.06 giga hertz without any programs running and the battery plan is low performance
I want to know that is normal or now ???
