You must contact Toshiba and determine what processors are supported by their BIOS. Then, select from those processors. The processor must be socket and BIOS compatible.
My personal opinion is that you would be better of upgrading to new(er) equipment.

I can tell you which processers are supported by socket pga478: http://ark.intel.com/products/42104/Intel-Celeron-Processor-T3500-1M-Cache-2_10-GHz-800-MHz-FSB Intel® Celeron® Processor T3500 (1M Cache, 2.10 GHz, 800 MHz FSB) Specifications
There are 233 processors for this socket: http://ark.intel.com/Search/Advanced?s=t&SocketsSupported=PGA478 ARK | Processor Feature Filter
However, Intel did not make the BIOS for your machine - Toshiba did. You can try any of the processors provided in the link above. Some may work, others probably not. And, some can even damage your machine. Toshiba is the only source to help you with processors supported by their bios.
