Processors with supprot for openCL 2.0 CL_DEVICE_SVM_ATOMICS as well as fine_grain buffer/system?

I am working with OpenCL 2.0 on a core i7-6700 which apparently does not have fine grain memory sharing or atomics.

Is there a current processor out that does have these features? As spelled out in:

I need cross-device atomics and coherency.
