RMA CASE NUMBER #:06444487

I am so frustrated by Intel's poor customer service. The agent/person dealing with this case has just stopped responding to my emails. Intel has picked up my CPU as the RMA request was approved. Now they have my CPU and I have been sitting without a CPU since 17 December 2024. The agent dealing with my case stopped replying to my emails on 2 January 2024. This type of customer service is bizarre to me. 


If something goes wrong within the process, does the customer service agent not keep the customer updated? This is honestly low-level customer support. At this point, I honestly feel like I have been robbed. Intel has my CPU—which I paid for. They have not sent over the replacement unit, and they stopped responding to my emails.

I am not sure why this enquiry has been closed. 

I received feedback from the agent handling this case four days ago. The agent informed me that the CPU would be delivered in 2 - 3 working days and four days have passed. My tracking number shows no movement with the delivery of my CPU. 

 

Something has definitely gone wrong here because it seems that Intel is not even sure about the case. What information did the agent receive to feel confident enough to tell me that the CPU would be delivered within 3 working days? That has obviously not materialised.
