Random crashes on i7-14700k (continued)

In April I posted here:

https://community.intel.com/t5/Mobile-and-Desktop-Processors/random-crashes-on-I7-14700k/m-p/1684015

Replacing the RAM did not solve the problem. The random crashes continued. The system got to the point where it would not boot with any RAM in the DIMMA2 socket. I tried it on two different motherboards, same result. I ran it for a while with one stick of RAM in B2, but then it crashed again. As I could not be without a reliable PC, as a last resort I bought a new i7-14700k, and the problems all went away.

I've been building my own computers for over 30 years, always Intel, and this has BY FAR been the most frustrating, problematic, and -expensive- build I've ever done. In trying to chase down the problem I replaced the PSU, motherboard, RAM, and have spent countless hours testing and trying different things, messing with drivers, reinstalling Windows, etc. Nothing worked, the crashes continued. I'm convinced the CPU is bad. As I stated in my original post, I'm not a gamer, I never overclocked it or abused it in any way.

I would like to RMA the bad CPU, which was purchased last August from Amazon. I no longer have the original packaging. The numbers on the bad CPU are:

SRN3X

X352N284

How do I proceed?

Thanks.
