I am writing to express my frustration and seek assistance regarding an issue with my recent RMA process. Despite following all procedures and returning the faulty CPU, I have yet to receive the promised refund to my credit card.
To recap the situation:
- I initially opened a Ticket regarding my fault CPU.
- RMA was approved, decided to choose the Advanced RMA.
- Received replacement CPU. After installing and testing, CPU showed problems with instability.
- Contact Intel, provided video and picture of the issuers. Requested authorization to retuned the replacement CPU ( sent as RMA) since did not work. Intel authorized.
- Intel received the CPU on 08/06.
- Received email explaining the refund would be process in 02 business days which did not occur.
- On my last interaction with Intel, I was told to wait till 08/14.
In my last communication with Intel, I was informed to wait until August 14, 2024. Given that Intel is already in possession of the returned CPU and the extended delay beyond the promised timeframe, I am seeking an immediate resolution to this matter.
Could you please provide a definitive update on the status of my refund and expedite the process? The delay is causing considerable inconvenience, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.
Thank You.
