Slow RMA Response times

It's been almost four days since I have opened a request for RMA, is there an outage, or issue that prevents our cases from being serviced?

Get ready for the worst costumer support experience you’ve ever had, and yes I’m talking out of experience my RMA cpu has been in intels possession for almost a month while they said it’s estimated to take 5-7 business days when that passed and I sent an email to check on what’s going on they said they didn’t receive any defect cpu from me 🫣 I’ve got proof of delivery signed by intel and they lost it and have been checking for it for 2 weeks almost without progress I find it funny how they can treat costumers like this without offering any sort of compensation for the extended duration of the RMA process even tho it’s their fault.

Thanks for the reply, I am fortunate that my CPU is still stable enough to use for light tasks. I really hope someone at Intel will make this right for you, this kind of downtime would directly impact my normal operations.

I hope it goes as smooth as possible for you gl, but prepare for the worst case scenario in your case I would ask for refund and buy a new one while you ship the old one!

I also have been waiting for almost a month *after* my cpu passed validation.  I have repeatedly emailed them and posted messages on the rma ticket and it's complete crickets, nothing from them.  They were super responsive until I shipped the cpu to them.  I really hope this is just that they are slammed and not a sign of incompetence or fraud.
