I bought a few intel Core i7 ES processors with the following sSpecs:

QGXU

QGYR

QGYJ

QGYA

QGXW

Anyone know where I can find detailed specs for these chips?

Intel confidential processors should not be sold and are not intended for consumers. In fact, all Intel confidential processors are property of Intel.

Perhaps you should speak to whoever you bought them from.
