I am now replying from my semi-retired HP Pavilion with Windows 10. Apparently, the issue is with my new Dell XPS 8950 with Windows 11, quite ironic I would say.

Please follow the next step to report this scenario:

-Visit the following site:

https://community.intel.com/

-Select the option "About Communities"

-Look for the title: "Create an Account" and choose "Learn More"

-Then choose "Community Basics" 

-Select "What if there's an issue with the Community?"
