I run a 14th gen system and using the latest Intel Converged Security and Management Engine Version Detection Tool (CSME) confirms that no security vulnerabilities are present. The system has been updated to the latest 0x12F CPU microcode through a BIOS update and also to the most recent Intel Management Engine firmware. For this particular platform it is version 16.1.35.2557. The latest Management Engine Interface and chipset drivers are also present.
Most Q670 board manufacturers should by now have issued updated BIOS and firmware releases to the same level. Provided systems are updated to the latest BIOS, firmware and drivers there should be no security issue with any of the supported 12th to 14th gen CPUs.
