Hello,
Case #: 06312535 is now missing or I can't see it under my profile. I had been working with intel for now a month and was approved to get a refund for my 14900k processor. I was in the last stages of confirming my identity for the western union pickup. The last message 6 days ago was the rep was going to confirm information with the warranty dept. "Thank you for providing the details. I will now coordinate this with the warranty specialist." after 6 days of not hearing any information I went back to see if my case # had been updated and cannot find it under my profile.
Could anyone please help try to complete my warranty claim.
