T3200 Upgrade

What processors can i use to upgrade my Pentium T3200 processor. I am using PM45 chipstet on Acer Aspire 5730ZG. I will be very thankfull if you provide me with list of processors i can use for my upgade, because i have searched everywhere and i didn`t find anything.

I just wanna know which processors match my socket. I don`t care if Acer approves that i want to change my processor.
