TPM EK certificate error

does someone know how to solve this error “You were removed from the match due to Easy Anti-Cheat error: TPM verification failed: Failed to verify EK certificate” , then i tried to open the easy anti-cheat from the file programs and anything worked. And i have the secure boot and the tpm working perfect (I have an i7 13th, rtx 3060ti, but my motherboard is a  intel OEM b760, with a  BIOS of American Megatrends
