Hi,
I’m trying to request warranty/RMA support for my Intel Core i9-13900K, but I’m unable to access the Intel support ticket site.
When I try to open supporttickets.intel.com, I get a browser security error saying:
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
The certificate shown for supporttickets.intel.com appears to expire on June 23, 2026. I have tested this on my PC and on my phone, both on Wi-Fi and mobile data, and I still cannot access the support ticket portal. Because of this, I cannot create a warranty ticket through the normal process.
My CPU is an Intel Core i9-13900K purchased from Newegg.ca on July 13, 2023. The system has become increasingly unstable over time. I’m getting repeated BSODs, unexpected shutdowns, browser crashes, and general system instability. A diagnostic report marks the system health as Critical and points to CPU instability / possible degradation as the strongest signal. The most recent report analyzed 37 crashes, including 24 BSODs and 12 power-loss style crashes.
My system specs:
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI
BIOS version: 4101
Microcode: 0x12B
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
RAM: 128 GB DDR5
OS: Windows 11
I have already tried moving to safer BIOS settings / Intel default-type settings and keeping memory conservative because higher RAM speeds were previously unstable. The instability is still a major issue.
I also need help with the serial/FPO/ATPO information required for the RMA. I no longer have the CPU box, and the CPU is currently installed in my work PC. Is there any way to retrieve the required warranty information without removing the cooler or taking apart the PC? I rely on this system for work, so I would prefer not to disassemble it unless Intel confirms it is absolutely required.
Could someone from Intel please advise:
How can I create a warranty/RMA ticket while the support ticket site is inaccessible?
Is there an alternate contact method for warranty support in Canada?
Can Intel begin the RMA process using my invoice, system specs, crash reports, and diagnostic logs?
Is there any way to get the CPU serial/FPO/ATPO without physically removing the cooler/CPU?
I can provide the Newegg invoice, diagnostic report, Reliability Monitor screenshots, and minidump references if needed.
Thank you.
