I'm trying to submit a support request via: https://supporttickets.intel.com for my 14th gen CPU which is showing severe instability, and I would like to initiate support under warranty.
When I click submit, the loading spinner stays indefinitely, and the support request is not saved / submitted. I have retried in chrome, edge, firefox.

Hello ClaudioV,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the inconvenience you encountered while trying to submit a ticket through our website. We appreciate your patience and are here to help resolve this for you.
To help us proceed, could you please provide the following information:
- Could you please provide more details about the instability issue you were experiencing? Are you encountering any crashing, freezing, or random restarts?
- Could you please provide the exact make and model of the processor you are reporting?
- If you are using an unlocked processor, could you please confirm whether it has been overclocked? Please note that if the system was overclocked (manually or using Intel® Speed Optimizer or AI Assist or other methods), including voltage/frequency beyond the processor supported specifications, your processor voids warranty.
- Could you share your purchase date with me? For processors purchased within 30 days, Intel typically recommends going through your retailer for the fastest warranty service.
- Could you please provide the troubleshooting steps you have already performed to resolve the issue?
- Are there any visible signs of physical damage on the processor?
Your responses will help us assess the situation and determine the most appropriate next steps. Once I receive the required information, I will proceed with creating a support ticket for your convenience.
Please note that this is a public thread, so we kindly ask that you do not share any personal or sensitive information in your next response.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to assisting you and resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
Best regards,
Kenneth R.

Hi, thanks for answering
1) The processor started experiencing major instability issues, causing games and applications to crash
2) Intel Core I7-14700KF
3) Never overclocked
4) 5 July 2024
5) I searched online to figure out what the problem was, using the various crash errors as clues and looking for other customers who had the same issue, and everything pointed to a manufacturing defect in this model
6) No

Hi,
I was already aware of the voltage issue, so I’ve always kept the BIOS fairly up to date.
When I started experiencing instability issues, I tried updating the BIOS to the very latest version.
To figure out what might be causing the instability, I searched online using the various application and game crashes (especially those in Unreal), and they all pointed to a CPU stability issue.
Kindly,
Claudio
