Hope this is the right forum?
Dell Precision 3680 Tower Windows 11 Pro
I have these error messages appearing in my error log every second since 18 December
ESIF(1.0.11400.36477) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 2039660 ms
The Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) driver cannot load because the installed version of Intel(R) Innovation Platform Framework (IPF) that it depends on is too old. IPF version installed is 1.0.11400. The minimum IPF version required is 1.0.11902
Device manager shows IPF drivers up up to data
Intel driver update shows all OK
Dell update shows all is OK
All windows updates up-to-date
Any suggestions?

Hello MTGdiag,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Before we proceed, please note that this is an OEM device, I will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps, however, if the issue still persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
I would like to know more about your system configuration to fully understand where the issue truly lies. What were the recent changes made before the issue started last December 18th? Please download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). Attach the log file as you reply.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello MTGdiag,
As I have not heard from you for the past few days, I will proceed in closing this thread.
Since this is an issue with your Dell Precision system, I highly recommend contacting your system manufacturer support team directly, so they can provide proper diagnosis and full assistance.
Should you need assistance in the future, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Sincerely,
JeanetteC.
