Hello Intel Support,
I’m reaching out for an update on my support ticket #06291241. This ticket, opened on July 19th, pertains to an issue with my Intel i9-13900k (retail box) processor. Despite a promised follow-up by August 5th, there has been no further communication from the support team.
The issue involves my processor freezing in BIOS and failing to load Windows, even with default settings. This has caused my work and I’m eager to find a resolution.
If anyone from the support team could provide an update or any insights, it would be greatly appreciated.
