Hello everyone,

I have the HP Omen 15-ax201nk, and i have used Intel driver & support Assistant to find driver updates.

Specs and details:

- I7 7700hq

- Windows 11

I have installed the update and then the laptop won't boot.

The video content is what happened right after installing the driver.

Did i ruin the laptop?

I opened up the laptop removed some things and kept trying till i found a dead ram stick. Not the behavior expected from a faulty ram but i'm happy with the outcome.

You do know that your processor does not support W11, right?

Yes i know that. But is it relevant to the issue?

It is in that you are unsupported.  Plus, those who used a hack, as you did, to get to W11 were advised that there may be problems.

I am not saying that this is the problem, but you are certainly unsupported.

The only thing for you to try is to boot to recovery and do a system restore.

Or, do a clean install.
