Upgrade Intel Xeon CPU E5-2650L

Dear Intel Community, 

 

Currently i have Dell Power Edge Server R720 with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650L 0 @ 1.80GH and i want to upgrade this CPU model, but i am not sure which new version of CPU should i upgrade?

processors supported :: Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600 or E5-2600v2 product family

Thanks for your information, So it support only E5-2600v2? how about Intel® Xeon® Processor E5 v3 Family, does it support or not?

may or may not be compatible, If it compatible then it new compatible bios firmware.
