Utilizing RAM?

Can you tell me the difference between these two processors with respect to Memory specifications?

http://ark.intel.com/products/80274/Intel-Atom-Processor-Z3735F-2M-Cache-up-to-1_83-GHz http://ark.intel.com/products/80274/Intel-Atom-Processor-Z3735F-2M-Cache-up-to-1_83-GHz [Max memory size 2 GB]

I am considering two computers. Each has 2 GB of RAM. One computer has the Z3735F processor and the other has the Z3735G processor. I need to know whether the Z3735G will only utilize 1 GB of RAM when it is running programs.
