Visual Studio affect Processor

after i installed Visual Studio 2013 (of course try both RC and official version in many cases) my Intel Core i7 3610QM (2.30--> 3.2) Processor can't turbo boost anymore, maxium speed is just 2.29 ... i try everything even change limited processor when startup in msconfig or uncheck it but it didn't work for me .. any help!

For this kind of inquiry I will recommend you to get in contact the software developer, since the processor is working within specs when this application is not installed on you system.
