Where to change processor power management for Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7

I would like to change the processor power management settings on my laptop but can't find the option in my settings (as in the high performance plan - see first image below). I only have the option of the balanced plan (see second image below). How do I change it otherwise?

There is a Control Panel screen that allows you to create or customise a power plan. Accessing that may help

Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to bring up a Run box. Then type powercfg.cpl into the box and press OK.

To get to the Power Options screen in your screenshots click on change plan settings and then change advanced power settings.
