¿Which is the safest and lowest undervolt for a i5-8300h?

Hello, i want to undervolt my CPU, because i suffer thermal throttling. in my laptop. I think to use intel extreme tunning utility. Please if you could help me, i will be grateful. So ¿Which is the safest and lowest undervolt for a i5-8300h?

You cannot use XTU, as your processor is not supported.

Undervolting has been disabled by Intel, due to security concerns.
