Which one is the overall best???

Can someone please tell me which processor is the better one of these two:

http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27374 Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor supporting HT Technology 2.66 GHz, 512K Cache, 533 MHz FSB

or

http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27131 Intel® Celeron® D Processor 356 (512K Cache, 3.33 GHz, 533 MHz FSB)

The Celeron is better, that's a desktop PC chip and the Pentium 4 is for a laptop though.
