Why does ,,Turbo-Boost" not work on my PC?

Hey guys,

i want to install thehttp://www.intel.com/technology/turboboost/ Intel-Turboboost Technologie. My processor is an i7 so I don't know why I get an Error while the installation.

I set my Bios settings to default and I don't know why but now Turbo-Boost works:)
