Why does my Intel XTU keep saying unable to start even though i have no other performance tuning apps running

I have a i7-9750h

On my friends laptop he has the same CPU and is able to use XTU

I have checked every where and have no idea as to why it isn't starting

I have deleted it and reinstalled it many times now

XTU only supports X and K processors. You have an H processor. Your processor is not supported.
