currently I am running centos 7.6 on my pc system, and I using turbostat to check my cpu running status, but three of the cores were not running on full speed, the busy freq running from 99.5 Mhz ~ 99.9Mhz, just this three cores, I tried to reinstall the os many times and different version from 7.0-7.6.

anybody faced this problem before?

Really appreciated if you could help me!

I would suggest that you go into BIOS Setup and load its optimal/default BIOS Configuration. Save this configuration as you exit BIOS Setup. Boot into CentOS and check the result again.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Scott

actually I found out what the problem is, the trick is not using dynamic voltage, this problem occurs when I using adaptive or offset voltage mode.
