After upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, will the SGX driver continue to be loaded for my Coffee Lake (i7-9700k) platform ?
The i7-9700k supports SGX and is Windows 11 compatible

OK, Cyberlink’s PowerDVD installation attempts to initialise SGX on first play of a UHD disk, but it’s unreliable and sequence is important.
You could try the following sequence (annoying but worth a try)
Uninstall PowerDVD - Reboot
Disable SGX in the BIOS - Reboot
Enable SGX in the BIOS - Reboot
Install PowerDVD - Play UHD disk. When it’s working properly, the install contacts Cyberlink’s server. That’s a critical step and may not have happened in the correct sequence.
