I have a Dell T300 with a X3363 and would like to upgrade to the X5470. Dell has the part number listed as H027J but Intel's part number is SLBBF for the X5470. Are these part numbers the same processor?

Short answer, Yes
( No idea how DEL came up with a 5 digit " Manufacturer Part# ")
The S-spec number you listed it the processor ID
The order numbers are:
AT80574KJ093N ( Tray)
BX80574X5470A (Boxed)
BX80574X5470P (Boxed)

Thanks Doc for the quick reply. For the price Dell wants to sell that processor I could purchase a whole new server. I will look for it some place else.
