cant find drivers for my cpu

Hello, I have recently set my pc back to factory settings, which left its drivers totally outdated, Im on the quest to reinstall all drivers but I have a small problem, intel cant find newer drivers for my pc, I have

Sonido Intel(R) para pantallas (intel sound for screens)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz

and intel updater will only try to install a driver called ''hd graphics intel driver '' (Controlador de los graficos HD Intel), wont find drivers for those 2 and after checking I got that drivers for my sound and core are outdated, does anyone here knows where can I find drivers for those 2? and if I should download HD graphics intel driver (I have an Nvidia graphics card) thanks a lot to anybody that takes time to find this
