Which would run faster an i7-950 at 3.00GHZ with RAM at 1066MHZ or an i7-870 at 2.96GHZ with RAM of 1333MHZ?

Now I could go in to fine detail about this and that and some where in between...but the long and short of it to which we shouldn't go into is neither.
