I see the gflops for intel Xeon® D-2187NT is 870.4 in https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/processors/APP-for-Intel-Xeon-Processors.pdf .How does it come out?

Can someone give the answer? Why the difference of gflops between intel Xeon® D-xxxx and other intel Xeon processers is so big?

I have other document , processors are made by the CNC servers and with customized design with electrical specifications are different , that's why Gflogs are very big
