i5-13600k Failing Processor Diagnostic Tool

Hello,

Been having a lot of trouble over the last couple weeks with all manner of applications crashing (browsers, games, video editing, etc.). Led me to run the Processor Diagnostic Tool, and coming up with several fails around Prime Number, Math, and GPUStressW. Frankly, not sure how to interpret these results & what to do to resolve them.

Of course, got another crash just typing this up, so really hoping for some help!

For anyone else having a similar issue - I seem to have resolved the issue by going into my ASUS BIOS/UEFI & turning on the XMP 1 profile instead of ASUS's XMP Tuning or XMP 2.
