hello, i have intel i5 13600k with msi bazooka b660m
after i change liquid cooler from 240mm to cooler master 360mm i get alot of cpu drops (from 100% usage to 70% for just second) Although my temperature is not high
also in 2nd picture power draw is low

you mean you were expecting this:
Even most benchmarking software is not able to get 100% CPU utilization at all times, but XTU somehow does.
If you did not install it, i suggest you do.
The Memory stress test is somehow the most extreme there.
However, even if CPU utilization drops for a sec, that is nothing really unusual.
