my processor is not loading windows ,from bios is directly on blue screen

If you are not booting windows (the blue screen occurs before you boot), then the problem is with your hardware.

I would contact your hardware/system/motherboard manufacturer vor assistance.

 

Why do you believe it is the processor?  Was it working before?  Did you change or add anything?
