Hi! My i5 14600kf processor on low pressure (like doing nothing, no programs are running or im just browsing) my windows system collapses and restarts. After the change of the RAM, GPU, SSD and power supply this occurance is still happening. So the problem must be with the motherboard or the CPU. I have read about that the 13th adn 14th gen processors have this kind of crashing problem. The BIOS is on the latest update and it is set to the Intel Default Settings adn the problem is still occuring. After the purchase and assembling of the pc it was working for 1,5 moths. I attached the file that i made with the SSU. With the problem i mentioned above i would like to ask for some help! Thank you for your time!

You could consider using the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool which can be downloaded from here . This tool will stress the CPU from the outset and will give a PASS/FAIL result.

Well it gave me a PASS result in everything... But ironicly as soon as it finished like 2 minutes later my pc crashed. Is there anything else I should try?
And thank you for your quick reply!
