Hello community,
I have a problem with my i5-4590
Be 2 months my CPU doesnt have the core speed from 3,3 MHz
It dosent care if I have the Turbo on or of.
In the BIOS is everything like the completely time before the problem comes.
Please help me guys

You system is fine, if you don't see the processor running above 3.30 GHz is because your system is not doing any work load that requires the turbo boost.

I have the same processor, but, while under stress it maxes out at 3.48 ghz and idle at 3.68 like it jumps around it, but underload it's always at 3.48, I'll appreciate any response or solution

The issue is that you are responding to an 8-year-old thread regarding an 11-year-old discontinued and unsupported processor:
I would do some maintenance on your machine, i.e. clean the processor cooler and make sure the fan works, check the case fans, re-do the thermal paste, etc.
