Hello maffi,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do. To have a better view of this issue, please provide the following:

1. What is the brand and model name of your motherboard?

2. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?

3. Do you have a dedicated graphics card? If so, what is the brand and model name?

4. Is the issue present with other games? If so, which games?

5. What is the BIOS version installed?

6. Can you take a picture of the tasks manager where I can see the CPU and GPU percentages?

Hello maffi,

Thanks for your response. Based on your issue, I recommend you try the following:

1. Make sure that you are using the latest BIOS version 7971vAG.

2. Change the "Power Options" from the Windows settings.

3. Try to load the BIOS settings to default and disable any overclocking option.

4. Run all Windows updates, including the optional.

5. Check that your drives are recognized in the "Disk Manager".
