i7-13700KF Unknown error

Good Morning,

Can you please have a look on my case and see if there is a solution avaliable?

PC:
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700KF 3.40 GHz
Windows 11 Home
RAM 32GB 5600
RTX4070
ASUS TUF GAMING Z690

error:
- All of the games chrases (or dont start) and some other applications as well.
- PC sometimes automatically restarts
- Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit - testing fails at "Math"
- Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility - all 4 test stress fails

Same error code appears:
- with different operating system W10
- with different memory modules
- CPU in an other motherboard (B760)

Solution:
- using: Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility - When I change the "Performance Core Ratio" to 50 from the original valule of 53 the problems disppear... Everything works fine.

Do you may know an other option? With this i am significantly reduce my CPU performance.

Based on the results of the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (IPDT), it appears that this unit requires a replacement. However, before we proceed with the RMA process, I have a few questions that I have detailed in my email. Could you kindly review it and provide the necessary information?
