i7 14700K unstable and keeps crashing randomly

I have a i7 14700K I just purchased earlier this month and have it paired with Asus ROG Strix Z790-H and Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600 64GB (CMH64GX5M2B5600Z40K). I was stuck in a boot loop. I refreshed my CMOS, updated my BIOS to the latest version, played with the voltage settings a little, but I can't get it to stablize. It randomly restarts without BSOD. Sometimes it runs for a little and then crashes again. I also have a 1000W PSU and Gigabyte Nvidia 4070 Super Ti.

I have exact the same issue, same setup except DDR 7200 & RTX 4080 Super.

I have the exact same issue. Had it on my 13900K, brand new 14700K also crashing with intel defaults set.
