It was recommended to me to change the Performance core ratio from 55x to something lower. I tried to do it using Intel XTU, but it doesn't allow me to change performance core ratio or core voltage offset. What can I do to be able to change it?

I'm not really sure. I only use the Z boards.
Perhaps you could lower the power limit or something in BIOS?
