i7 4710hq processor speed issue

i have lenovo y50-70 and my processor is 4710 hq 2.5ghz when i playing game like dota sometimes its going to 1.4ghz or something like that i sent my laptop o lenovo and they said we chanced your motherboard and processor but still same problem please help me
