Hello Orwa
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
The maximum temperature allowed for this processor is 100°C, you have high temperatures but it's not going above specifications. We need more information from your system to identify the possible cause of this problem, please share with us the following information:
- Brand and model of the motherboard(s) used with the processor.
- Part number of the RAM kits used
- BIOS version.
- Did you overclock the processor?
- Did you enable Intel XMP and if yes, what was the memory speed configured?
- Did this start after an update?
- Which operating system do you use? Which version?
I will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your community profile requesting some reports that may contain sensitive information.
Regards,

Hello Orwa
Thank you for the information provided, we are glad to hear that you found a solution.
Using XMP you could run the processor outside the established specifications, we recommend that you use the memory at 2666MHz as shown on the processor specifications:
You don't necessarily need to turn XMP off, but you need to make sure the RAM speed doesn't go above 2666MHz. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
