hi my directX Diagnostic Tool tells me i have a intel(R) xeon(tm) cpu 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~ 3.2GHz

can someone tell me what xeon processor this is ?

I would suggest running the Intel® Processor Identification Utility to properly identify your processor.

You can download the Intel® Processor Identification Utility at:

http://www.intel.com/support/processors/tools/piu/ http://www.intel.com/support/processors/tools/piu/

 

If the processor is too old, it will not have a model number.
