In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Can you provide specific details about the error message or code you encounter during the installation of the 7th generation driver?
2. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or alternative methods to resolve the installation error? If yes, what were the results?
3. Are there any other software or drivers installed on your system that might be conflicting with the installation of the 7th generation driver?
4. Did you download the driver from the official website, and are you certain that it is compatible with your operating system version?
5. Can you describe the sequence of steps you follow during the installation process? This may help identify if there are any specific points where the error consistently occurs.
Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.

hello again,ı did it all,ı downloaded it from intel's driver support,it said everything was up to date, but there was no driver,then ı looked around and saw a driver for the 7th generation in intel, ı downloaded the hardware for it and then it gave an error, it was already working, as you can see in the first place, ı tried hard, but there was no way. there is no driver, ı still don't understand why,ı was going to say that there is no driver, but it is there + there is no intel graphics or anything in the device manager for my display adapters, ı only have my graphics card

1. Which specific driver were you attempting to download and install from Intel's driver support?
2. Have you checked the version and compatibility of the downloaded Intel driver with your system's specifications?
3. Please provide us with a screenshot of the Device Manager> Display adapters section for further analysis.
Also, as a troubleshooting step, please try the following article:
Installing a PCI Express graphics controller disables Intel graphics. Whenever we add a discrete graphics card to the system it will disable the graphics provided by the processor unless the system has a feature in the BIOS that can provide an option to choose between integrated and discrete graphics or automatically choose the graphics controller based on the requirements for processing the graphics.
To enable intel-integrated graphics when using a discrete graphics card:
- Enable iGPU multi-monitor in the BIOS.
- Note that different motherboards have different names for the option, so contact the motherboard manufacturer for further confirmation.
If you prefer to use the Intel integrated graphics only:
- Remove the external PCI express card.
- Uninstall the drivers for the external PCI express card.
- Restart your system.
If the issue still persists:
- Open Device Manager.
- Go to Actions.
- Select Add legacy hardware.
- Click Next on Add Hardware Wizard.
- Select Recommended Option.
- Click Next.
- Select Display Adapters.
- Select Intel Corporation from Manufacturers list.
- Select appropriate Intel Graphics Controllers based on your CPU graphics.
- Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
