intel i5 12600kf poor performance bad inf driver install?

I have above cpu and I use video audio renderer jriver to benchmark. I used to get 8500 points but now I only get around 6200 points. this is due to cpu is altered somehow. I tried to upgrade from my 16 gb ram to 32 ( 8 gb in all slots) but now I have changed back to two slots as I understand this cpu does not support 4 slots channel ram. ram in all four slots only dual two slots meaning A2 and B2 slot.

windows is installed some days ago and when i tried to install inf driver..it was only 2.75 mb...could it be a bad install and that 2.75 mb is very low mb? also after installing the inf driver where the autoboot took about 5 minutes which I think is very long waitingtime. also after the reboot when i logged into windows again..the install window reappeared which i canceled since I just installed the inf driver...remembering back ...I am very sure when I installed the inf driver it was quicker and no popping up of the window install of the driver...

should I maybe reinstall windows because maybe inf can not be installed properly and that 2.75 could be that the driver is not properly installed or is 2.75 ok and it is some setting that is needed

I also resetted the bios to no avail.

what can be done here?

I have windows 10 pro and asrock z690 pro rs mainboard
