what is compitable cpu that can upgrade for this current processor above?

You will need to ask the manufacturer of your device what processors are compatible with THEIR BIOS.  Then, you can select from those.  AND...  That depends on whether your processor is soldered onto the motherboard (or daughter card) or uses a socket.  You should contact your device manufacturer.
