I would need more information in regards to your system configuration:

Which processor model do you have?

Click the Windows icon, and then right-click Computer .

Select Properties .

Find System Type on the Properties window, and then note the processor model.

Also, please attach screen shots for better reference.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU 2.30GHz with turbo boost up to 3,3 GHz

yes. language is finnish but you see that leaf. under leaf you see text ''virransäästö'' it means power saving mode or something like that. if i need more Ghz it does not want to give me more power. i check out my BIOS and there is no choice for Turbo mode i think. sorry my bad english if you understand this then it's ok i'm bad in computers so i hope you can help me.

Thanks for the information.

Please try the following troubleshooting tips that may help on this matter:

Check your system BIOS to make sure you have Intel® Turbo Boost Technology enabled.

Try to uninstall Intel® Turbo Boost Technology Monitor and re-install the utility.

Contact your computer vendor to see if there are specific settings needed for running Intel® Turbo Boost Technology Monitor on your system.

Please check this site for additional assistance:

The Intel Turbo boost is not available on the Intel web site any more; this has been removed since June this year. You may need to download a copy from your computer manufacturer or from the installation disk that came with the computer.
