processors for mac

i am wondering what to get in my mac, wether i should get a 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 or 2.93GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7or a 3.20GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.60GHz Intel Core i5 i will be using it for gaming, movies ect.

any help would be great.
