Hello,

  When I startup my PC its show me : 

"ITBM Driver Not Available Exiting Application"

I've tried many ways but still

MOTHERBOARD : ROG RAMPAGE VI EXTREME

OPERATING SYSTEM : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
PROCESSOR : Intel® Core™ i7-7820X CPU @ 3.60GHz
 
I use system support utility find attached file.

Make sure turbo boost is enabled in your bios.  Also, update your bios.
